When you create an account via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and avatar URL from Google. We also collect data about your watchlist, portfolio holdings, and preferences to provide the Service. We do not store your Google password.
We use Supabase for authentication. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and avatar URL from Google’s OAuth service. We do not store your Google password or any other Google account data beyond what is necessary for authentication. You may also sign in with email and password through Supabase.
TradeKilla retrieves financial data from Finnhub, CoinGecko, and TradingView. When you search for or view assets, your search queries and requested symbols are sent to these providers. We do not share your personal information with these providers beyond what is necessary to fulfill your requests.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or other payment details on our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to all payment data.
Your data is stored in Supabase, hosted on Google Cloud Platform. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. You can control cookie settings through your browser.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for a reasonable period.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your data or delete your account from the settings page. For requests, contact welcome@tradekilla.com.
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service.
